What’s the name of the Sat Nav which is wired into the car’s sound system?

All sat navs can be wired into the sound system and they all speak. One that solely speaks isn’t any good because if it trells you to turn left and there are say three left turns within metres how would you know which one without some visuals. Even with visuals sometimes it doesn’t tell you quick enough for you to take action. You need to read the road as well as taking notice of given directions
There’s the one that over powers the sound system, it’s called the Mother -in Law!!
