Conversion of Japanese sat nav to English in Nissan 350z?

I am just about to buy a 350z Japanese import, which has Japanese sat nav. Is it possible to convert to English, and is it expensive. The buttons on the display are also in Japanese. Is it possible to get English stickers to cover over the Japanese writing.

    i dont know anything about the japanese sat nav but i just wanted to say nice choice

    well take it to a local dealer, and if they cant do anything then you will need to get a new one, i think but i am not 100% sure

    yes its possible and also a good thing,no one els can drive your car with out knowing what there doing
