Does anyone know of a sat nav which will allow me to plan my own routes?

I am based in the UK and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good car sat nav which will allow me to key in my own routes to places. I could then save these routes and call them up when needed so as the sat nav will direct me according to my instructions.

    Navman S90i. all Sat Nav`s will direct you providing you program them properly. it depends on what features it has on it. The one above is good.
