    Have a look on eBay for a thing called a Double Din.
    You will need to have a dashboard with at least two radio slots, but the screen size is about 7 inches (larger than any TomTom or Garmin device you’ll buy from Halfords).

    It’ll have to be imported from China, but most of them come with Satnav capabilities for the UK and Europe. About 7 Touch screen, iPod connection, built in radio, Bluetooth for hands free calling etc. £200 plus postage and you’ll have to install it yourself, but certainly worth it if you want something big.
